FOLLOWING reports about a suspected outbreak of cholera in some parts of the north, all States in the affected region may have been put on alert by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).

There are no plans by the Lagos State Government to demolish Ayinke House at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH). Commissioner for Health Dr. Jide Idris who declared this last week however asserted that the facility, designated mainly for women and children is slated for upgrading to provide necessary services expected of such tertiary institution.
