BA lowers fares for Europe-bound Nigerian travellers

As part of measures to   endear itself to many Nigerian passengers who recently had scores to settle with the airline, British Airways has lowered fares to European destinations.

A statement issued by the airline in Lagos said Nigerian passengers would now pay as low as $499 to fly to their destinations in Europe.
According to the airline, passengers have since last month being enjoying the low fares and will continue to do so, irrespective of the season which usually record a rush for seats.

British Airways said the special fares was meant to spoil Nigerian travellers as well as extends its gratitude for their loyalty over the years.
The airline said passengers have two new tiers of fare options from Lagos and Abuja, which will cater for both high and low seasons.

It also assured that convenience was ensured as departure was available from both Lagos and Abuja to all European points on BA’s route network.

Adrian McCloy, BA’s Commercial Manager for Nigeria, said:  “We are constantly looking at new ways of giving our customers real value for money, delivering excellent customer service and improving our relationship with all our customers.”

He noted that BA had always striven to meet customers’ needs by giving them a wider, more flexible and affordable range of price options when traveling with the airline.

“With these great new fares you can see the sights you always dreamed of without compromising on value, safety and security during your journey.” he said

British Airways also introduced a range of fares in all classes to India, Saudi Arabia and Far East destinations, such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai.
