Following the failure of the Ike Nwachukwu-led reconciliatory committee to evolve a truce in the current face-off between factions of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akwa Ibom State, there are indications that the group loyal to former Governor Obong Victor Attah has perfected plans to run a parallel party in the state.
