THE Delta State governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, has been commended for appointing  Mr. Azuka Osakwe, as Delta State Commissioner for  Commerce and Industry.

A media consultant in the state, Mr. Emma Fejokwu, described the appointment as well deserved, adding that it was a clear indication that the governor was not only a detribalized leader but also a focused and visionary person.

Fejokwu remarked that he had no doubt in his mind that Mr. Osakwe will bring to bear his wealth of experience into the overall development of the state.
