ABUJA – THE Independent Petroleum Marketers of Nigeria (IPMAN) has said it plans to build a refinery in the country to reduce the challenges associated with importation of fuel and other petroleum products, a situation which it said has cost the nation millions of dollars in oil revenue.

“Governor Timipre Sylva is enjoying the best of relations with the Bayelsa State House of Assembly. He is at peace with himself and the people of Bayelsa State. The governor has no cause to worry about impeachment.Besides, impeachment is a serious political matter that is not conducted on the pages of newspapers.
