His bid to return to the Senate through the court-ordered rerun poll was thwarted following the declaration of his opponent and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Benjamin Uwajumogu as winner. He is now at the Appeal Court to reclaim his mandate. In this interview, he speaks on the election and other burning national issues.
