Forensic audit: Oando shareholders laud SEC
shareholders of Oando Plc have commended Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC, for resolving to conduct forensic audit on the company based on the findings from review of the petition brought against the company by two of its shareholders.

Oando Foundation launches 1st ICT Centre
Oando Foundation, an independent non-profit organisation, has launched a new Information Communication Technology (ICT) Centre at Archbishop Taylor Primary School in Victoria Island, Lagos, and is partnering with the U.S. State Department’s Global Partnership Initiative, LIONS@FRICA, CoderDojo and the Hello World Foundation to introduce coding to Oando adopted schools.
