INDICATIONS have emerged that a plane belonging to the National Leader of All Progressives Congress ,APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was used to fly ex-Gambian President, Mr. Yahaya Jammeh out of the country.

THERE is confusion in the Edo State All Progressives Congress, APC, over the purported removal of the state Youth leader of the party, Comrade Osakpanwa Eriyo, as the state chairman of the party, Anslem Ojezua, said he is unaware of his removal, while the leaders of the party in Oredo said he has been removed.

Apparently irked by criticisms of its violations of its own constitutional timelines, the ruling All Progressives Congress APC has finally kowtowed to demands to convene a National Executive Council NEC meeting where the decision to hold the party’s second national convention would be taken.

As a consequence, the party needs to be smart and strategic going forward. Smart in expanding the tent and strategic in nominating winning candidates. Unfortunately these are two words that cannot be associated with the Prophet Jones Erhue State Executive Committee. It’s not smart when members of the State Executive Committee of the ruling federal government allegedly takes money from the state government it wants to send packing.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State has accused Governor Ayodele Fayose of alleged “clandestine moves” to withdraw the case of alleged theft of N75m in the Government House allegedly involving his mistress (allegedly at large) and other three aides already before the Chief Magistrate Court, in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
