Having realised the missing link, after many years of teaching and practice as a lawyer and lecturer, Prof. Joseph E.O Abugu, head of department of Commercial and Industrial Law, Faculty of Law, University of Lagos is set to effect a change in the Nigerian law books stand with the introduction of two new academic and practice textbooks , Principles of Corporate Law in Nigeria and Company Securities: Law and Practice second edition to the law book stands.

Nigerian born Bisi Silva, an independent curator and the founder/director of Centre for Contemporary Art, Lagos (CCA),Lagos has been appointed the Artistic Director of the 10th Bamako Encounters, African Biennale of Photography.

Chief Solomon Ogbonna is a Lagos-based art collector and Chairman, Board of Trustees, Aguene Art Foundation. His love for art is so great that apart from the art works he inherited from his late father, he also bought that of his siblings, no wander his house in the Ajah area of Lagos, is home to hundreds of art works across various media. But, despite all his exploits, Ogbonna is not happy with the government and the way they are handling art business in Nigeria.

The New Horizons, a concert series put together by world-renowned composer, celist and Kora virtuoso, Tunde Jegede which opened on Sunday at the Agip Recital Hall of the Muson Centre, Lagos, was as electrifying and thrilling as it was inspiring. The war ravaged theatre lovers in and around the city of Jos, the Plateau State capital will heave a sigh of relief as the 9th edition of the annual Jos Festival of Theatre opens with its theatrical performance. The 2015 festival which will feature five plays alongside a pre-festival play a few days to the opening is scheduled to open from March 10th and last to March 14th 2015.
