THE Joint Task Force in the Niger Delta, code-named Operation Pulo Shield, has arrested an indigenous vessel, Princess Nnenna and its 14 crew members over alleged involvement in illegal bunkering off the Atlantic coast Brass in the Bayelsa East senatorial district.
