THE Pensioners Welfare Association of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Warri, has accused the management of the agency of deliberately delaying payment of members’ accrued arrears of 30% and 15% arising from the non-implementation of the Federal Government’s policy since 2008, even as it appealed to it to expedite action to alleviate their suffering.
