Dear Editor, I want your counsel on issue of marriage that needs an urgent attention. I got married in a registry in 1997 to my wife, the marriage was blessed with three children, two boys and a girl, age 14, 12 and 9 respectively. Before I got married things were blossoming to some extent.

Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo of an Ikeja High Court Tuesday declared that he will not be party to any act that will denigrate the court, especially when it deals with issue of harassment of counsel or arrest of suspect within the court premises.

Justice Charles Archibong of a Federal High Court, Lagos, stunned the Nigeria’s legal community, when on April 2, barred the prosecution team in the Erastus Akingbola’s trial, comprising five Senior Advocates of Nigeria, from appearing before the court or another judge of the Federal High Court over the matter, which he described as “serious and professional incompetent” of the prosecution team.
