Alhaji Mohammad Umar, the Director-General of SMEDAN, told newsmen in Abuja on Wednesday that the scheme, which might not be domiciled in SMEDAN, would ensure that Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) accessed credit facilities without the usual difficult conditions.
