France Radio, the European media powerhouse has commended sports radio 88.9 Brila Fm for the comprehensive and unbiased coverage of all sports issues, locally and globally, and has gone ahead to do a special radio documentary on the station, aired to its vast French audience in West Africa and Europe.

In a recent visit to the station, a senior reporter of the French media organisation, Julie Vandal, says France radio is hugely impressed by the station’s coverage of the World Cup in South Africa apart from the regular all-inclusive bits on the European Champions League, major European leagues, Nigerian League and other sports as well.

“The station is making a lot of telling impact on the Nigerian sports environment and the scope of coverage by the station is very impressive” Vandal said.

Sports radio, 88.9 Brila FM has an established tradition of giving comprehensive coverage to all local and international sports competition and tournaments.
