Deputy Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Friday Osanebi, has  solicited the cooperation of members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as a prelude to forming the government at the centre in 2019.

Osanebi, who spoke at a meeting of PDP elders and leaders of Ndokwa East, at Ashaka, Delta State, said it was time to sink their differences as faithful members of one large family and strengthen the party against future elections, instead of destroying each other.

The deputy speaker also called for inputs by elders and leaders to capture the interests of Ndokwa East people in the 2017 Delta State Budget recently presented by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to the State House of Assembly.

While observing   that the absence of road network was a major challenge in Ndokwa East, Osanebi said it was important to prioritize the people’s needs in view of scarce resources to match their demands.
