Abuja – The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma and the Minister of State, Mrs Zainab Ahmed, will on Thursday, May 12, 2016, present details (breakdown) of the 2016 Budget and the Strategic Implementation Plan.
