A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja yesterday,  granted judgement in favour of  the Fixed Wireless Phone Operator, Mobitel Nigeria Limited , the winner of the  2.3GHZ license  that was  cancelled by the presidency last year following protest from the Minister of Information and Communication, Prof. Dora Akunnyili.
The judgment was  delivered by Justice Umar Garba of the Federal High Court Abuja,  yesterday   in the case instituted by Mobitel against the Minister of Information and Communications,  Nigerian Communications Commission,  NCC in the  case of   cancellation of the 2.3GHZ sale.
