The basic human needs are food, shelter, and clothing. And the good news here is that, as you’re reading this piece, thousands of Nigerians are fast becoming a landlord in their choice area through Adron Homes and Properties Limited’s Lemon Friday offer. The Lemon Friday is to appreciate all their subscribers with Christmas gift. It will interest you to know that, they are rolling out one million bags of rice and hamper to all their subscribers most especially those who are going to subscribe on 18th of December, 2015.

According to Dr. Oba Adetola Olaniyan Olanipekun Emmanuel-King, the Chief Executive Officer of ADRON Homes and Properties, “The offer has started since on 2nd of December while the grand finale will be on the 18th of December. The Lemon Friday is also coupled with the promo of 20% discount on all our landed properties. We’re giving off 20 percent of the price of the land and if you’re able to drop a minimum additional 20 percent, you will get a bag of rice and one hamper.

And you can spread the remaining balance, maximum one year. The promo cut-across our entire housing product and we have properties in Treasure Park & Garden Shemawa, Rehoboth park & Garden Ibeju-Lekki, Grandview park & garden Atan Ota and Glass House Estate in Shemawa back of redemption camp.”

The CEO also stated the reason why the promo is tagged Lemon Friday saying “Lemon Friday is a replica of Black Friday which is giving massive discount. The concept behind the Lemon is that, Lemon is the company colour and one thing about the black Friday is ‘black’ so we decided to make it lighter which was the reason why we gave it a lemon colour. On that Friday, we’re giving discount on all our properties.

For instance, the land in Shemawa is going for one million naira and we’re giving a discount of 20 percent which make it eight hundred thousand (#800,000). So, out of that #800,000, drop 20 percent of that money which is just one hundred and sixty thousand (#160,000) then you qualify for one bag of rice and one hamper.

The same thing goes to Atan, one million naira for one plot of land and we sell half and 20 percent made it four hundred thousand naira and a further payment of 20 percent of that means you’re paying eighty thousand naira (#80,000). The Ibeju-Lekki Phase 2 land is going for 6 million naira and 20 percent off it make it 4.8million naira.” he concluded
