The Group Head, Energy of First Empire Group, Mr Dimeji Oganla said 80 percent of infrastructures in Lagos State are built by private individuals who have little or no knowledge of infrastructural development which is why low quality houses are sold at exorbitant prices.

“ Anybody in Lagos just builds house once they have the finances, but they have forgotten that it is way deeper than that which is why some people go to study this courses and apply this knowledge thereafter”Oganla said.

Oganla, an astute economist added that First Empire Group has seasoned and well experienced staff and the tecnical Know-how team to achieve a masterpiece that is both affordable by every group of people in the Society and boast of the class, ambiance , attitude and behaviour which they see as ‘Alan Empire Palms Apartment’.

Oganla made this submission last Tuesday at the launch of its company’s building project called the ‘Alan Empire Pams Apartment’ located at Isheri, Magodo, Lagos.

Topnotch Italian Civil Engineer, Mr Alberto Fafuzzo is the Director of Project.

He however assured potential investors that the homes are not expensive and plans are in motion to collaborate with mortgage companies who share typical goals with them.

While explaining, Oganla stated that the company has commenced the building of twenty terraces and apartments at Isheri in Magodo area of Lagos state, adding that the project will be nearing completion in eighteen to twenty four months.

Mr Alberto Fafuzzo said he will be applying his experience and technical knowledge in the business of infrastructural development to build these homes.

Fafuzzo added that a cost of building an apartment does not necessarily translates to the durability of the apartment.

“I’ve been in Nigeria since 2009 and had done different hotel constructions. We see different building collapse but it is due to lack of proper investigation by professionals. The components must be at least 80% of the expected result and we assure to deliver value and the best.” he said.
