In a bid to address issues surrounding assaults as well as harassment on Nigerian Colleges, Dreams Project for Africa [DPA], an organisation that advocate on behalf of oppressed Africans and create programs to educate them on their rights will be meeting with hundreds of African youths on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at UNILAG, Akoka, Lagos.

The event which is in partnership with JCI, UNILAG is flagged under the theme: “End of Sexual Harassment and Bribery in Nigerian Colleges.” seeks to commence 12 noon.

Three outstanding Africans have been selected to speak at the event; Dr. Princess Olufemi-Kayode is an Ashoka Fellow, a Criminal Justice Psychologist, a Forensic Interviewer, a Child Protection Consultant, a Victim Advocate and a Sexuality Minister.

Attorney Lade Adeyemi (LL.B, B.L, MBA, PhD) is a Professor of International Business and Negotiation. He is also an erudite Lawyer and Training and Consultancy expert at First Empire Group while ‘Fisayo Soyombo is a graduate of Animal Science from the University of Ibadan. He has more than a decade’s worth of transcontinental professional media experience that began with The Guardian, Nigeria in 2005.

Aside editing TheCable (www.thecable.ng), ‘Fisayo — a 2013 recipient of the Deutsche Welle/Orange Magazine Global Fellowship for Young Journalists also writes opinions for UAE-headquartered Al Jazeera and Germany-based TAZ.

The event seeks to also hot 50 Young mentors who double as advocates in their various fields, with the aim of giving step down trainings and mentorship opportunities to participants at the event.
