ABEOKUTA—The leadership and members of   Social Democratic Party   in Ogun State has congratulated the former governor of the state and leader of the party on his 76 birthday.

The Party, in a statement signed by the state Chairman, Chief Olu Agemo said “Without any gain-saying, we acknowledge your leadership that truly, you are a born leader with all qualities that are required to lead people to the promised land.

“Therefore, on this your 76th birthday celebration, we rejoice with you and your family for God protection, blessings, and a fulfilment of life that God has endowed you.

“We pray that God in his infinite mercies will continue to provide for you, guide, protect, and continuously   bless you with good health, wisdom, long live and prosperous years ahead.
“We can not but remember all your efforts, spending, commitments, and sleeplessness within the last one and half years of our struggle for fairness justice equity and party supremacy.

“You are indeed leader of substance, vision, and mission which God will help you to continually sustain. We appreciate you our leader and a father of many.

“We pledge our loyalty and unflinching support to your leadership. Once again, we say congratulations, congratulations, congratulations and many happy returns of the year”, the party said.
