A Group under the aegis of Anambra Patriots in Lagos has urged the new administration of President Buhari to give Dr. Chris Ngige suitable positions due for the South East zone.

The group while acknowledging  Ngige’s selfless services to the people of Anambra State which earned him far–reaching acceptance, with his firm, focused and sense of loyalty, said that his remarkable achievements as former governor of Anambra state, was the rekindling of belief and hope for a more progressive and  meaningful development to Anambra State.

In a press release, the president of the group, Dr. Okpagu and the executive Secretary Hon. Paul Eze, in Lagos, said: “His political antecedent speaks volume, having single handedly organized, sustained and funded the political structures of AC, ACN and APC in Anambra State till date, deserves to be rewarded with suitable appointment.

“Also, his deep sense of patriotism, sincere devotion to duty as his commitment to improving Anambra development status remained unequalled despite distractions from some elements.”
