Astute Political economist and management expert, Professor Pat Utomi will be joined by other prominent CEOs at the 2015 edition of “Youth Connect” summit to be held at the multipurpose Hall A&B of University of Lagos, on May 2, 2015 by 9AM. The CEO and Founder of Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) will be speaking on the summit theme “Turning Your Passion to Profit” in a bid to help liberate the minds of the younger generation towards resourcefulness and financial independence.

The event put together by Business Impact Limited in collaboration with the University of Lagos is designed, according to the organisers “to propel youths towards discovering their innate abilities and maximizing them resourcefully for the purpose of financial independence and the cause of humanity at large”.

Yinka Sanni, CEO Stanbic IBTC Bank, Niyi Adesanya, CEO Fifth Gear Plus, Bimpe Bamgbose-Martins, Founder, SMILE NGO, Gus Ogunlowo, CEO Ba2you, UK, and the host cum CEO, Business Impact Limited, Samson Olatunde have been named as other facilitators for the summit. The 4th edition hosted last year had in attendance Fela Durotoye (Founder, GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation); Jimi Tewe (CEO, Inspiro Consulting Ltd.); Asiwaju Aderonke (Head of Counselling Unit UNILAG) and Maureen Iyasele (Founder Jobmag).

Expressing optimism about the impact of the summit, relying on remarkable reviews from earlier editions under the “Below 45” label, received over the years, Samson Olatunde believes “Youth Connect is envisioned to raise astute leaders, indomitable entrepreneurs and trail blazers with respect to career, as the summit is foreseen to spread to other states within Nigeria with time”, he further stressed.

Attendance to the summit is free and open to the general public; however, a mandatory pre-registration is required at the summit website.
