A Lagos High Court in Ikeja was told, yesterday, that a 37-year-old man, Max Evbayiro, charged for being in possession of fraudulent documents and granted bail eight months ago, was still in prison custody, following his inabi-lity to meet the bail terms.

Evbayiro was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on a 12-count charge, but granted bail in the sum of N10 million, and asked to deposit his international passport and two sureties.

At the resumed hearing, the presiding judge, Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye, adjourned till April 23 for ruling on request to vary the bail terms of the defendant.
