Educating and training   the child has been said to be holistic and not secluded to the classroom alone but also in outdoor sports.

This assertion was made by Diamond Private School’s Head teacher, Mr Duodu Elvis Samuel, at the 13th annual Inter-House Sports at Campos Mini Stadium Ajele Street, Lagos.

According to Samuel, there need to be a cohesion with the parent and children in training the child and sports is also a vital part of the training.

Diamond’s Governess, Mrs Bisi Akin- Arogunmati, also stated that the school is poised to give the students the kind of education that is standard and breaking forth to higher level and is set to shine.

“We owe the child that duty to give them what their counterparts get in Europe and other industrialised nations. We give our students what is internationally accepted, not only in Nigeria. This school will be 15 years old in September. We will be taking our step for deserving parents for the child they love, she said.

“Our inter-house sport holds in every session mainly in the second term. This will be an avenue of showcasing to the parents all that their children have mastered. Since we see coordinate them every Wednesday and we know what sport the sport that is good for the development of students.

“Diamond International School is a member of Association of International School Educators of Nigeria – AISEN and we are poised to give our students the kind of education that is standard . We owe every child that duty to give them what their counterpart gives them in Europe and other industrialised nation.

She added: “We give our students what is internationally accepted not only Nigerian. This school will be 15 years old in September. We will be taking our step for deserving parents for the child they love”.
