ABUJA—IMMEDIATE past former Commissioner for Works and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirant in Cross Rivers State, Ochiglegor Idagbo, has promised to place more emphasis on building strong institutions to take the state to the Promised Land.

Idagbo, who spoke weekend, while unfolding his plans at a session with the Cross Rivers State Professionals in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, where governorship ambition was endorsed, said, he would govern the state well without depending on oil.
