UGHELLI— DELTA State governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, has described Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, former Minister of Education, as a committed Deltan and great industrialist, who was deploying his resources to build industries in the state.

Uduaghan, when the former minister paid him a visit at Government House, Asaba, said Gbagi’s industrial initiative was complementing the state government’s industrialisation efforts.

The governor, who walked side by side with Gbagi into the Unity Hall, venue of the swearing-in ceremonies of a judge of the Customary Court of Appeal, the Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy and the reconstituted Board of Internal Revenue, said: “Kenneth Gbagi is one of the highest investors, if not the highest indigenous investor, in Delta State.”

He thanked Gbagi for his faith and continuous investments in the state and urged other well placed Deltans to emulate him.

The governor called on Deltans to take advantage of the investment opportunities in the state, assuring Deltans who wish to invest in the state of the security of their investments, adding, “My government has created the enabling environment and will continue to do so to safeguard all investments.”
