Nice Dreams Properties Ltd, promoters of a new range of low-cost houses and landed property at Ofada  has commenced a sales promotion to herald the approaching Christmas season.

Executive Director of the firm, Barrister Femi Inwang, disclosed that the special promotion is targeted at those who wish to make savings on their investments via the purchase of highly discounted landed property.

He said that Nice Dreams would be extending the special promotion to visitors at the Lagos International Trade Fair, thereby enabling them to enjoy bonus discounts.

Inwang said that plots of land ranging from 162 Sq metres, to 324 Sq metres and 648 Sq metres will be offered to prospective buyers, at less than N1,000 per square metre, adding that already built two-bedroom apartments will be given off at N4.8 million.

To facilitate easier ownership of the various categories of property, he said, prospective land or house owners will be permitted to pay in installments, over a period of 1 to 22 months for land or a payment spread between 1 to 20 years for fully built houses.

Inwang pointed out that his firm was committed to making the possession of landed property a realisable dream for all low-income and medium income individuals in the country. He explained that the estate at Ofada is less than 30 minutes drive to and from the heart of Lagos Island.

In addition, he said, owners of property in the estate, stood to enjoy the security being provided by his firm, for the area, in addition to a network of drainages which he said are already being constructed, while boreholes and electric poles were being moulded on site.
