The Delta Youth Transformation Movement (DYTM) joins millions of well-wishers across Delta State and beyond to celebrate our esteemed Grand Patron, Hon. Nkem Kanke Okwuofu, Agunwanyi, fondly called the Mother of Government, on the occasion of her 76th birthday.
