Tomi Folayan synergized with his members of his movement OLYMPAS SHIHON despite being scattered across different parts of the country. Some members got affected by personal commitments like marriage, education, and jobs but have maintained a powerful creative connection each time they needed the commitment from the movement. The bond has since been instrumental in crafting exceptional music.

Together, Tomi Folayan and Olympas Shihon have demonstrated that physical distance doesn’t dilute creative collaboration. Even while apart, they have continued to co-write lyrics, compose, and innovate, pushing the boundaries of gospel music. Their latest release, “OREOFE,” is a testament to this dynamic teamwork. The track seamlessly fuses the vibrant rhythms of Afrobeats with spiritually uplifting messages, showcasing not only Tomi’s individual talent but also the collective strength and distinctive sound of Olympas Shihon. The collaboration transforms every song into more than just music but it became a heartfelt message and a testimony of God’s grace.

Relocating to Abuja, Tomi Folayan sparked new initiatives, including songwriting projects aimed at uplifting emerging artistes from Ilorin.

Olympas Shihon, as a growing movement has culminated events like the “PRISON DOORS FALL CONCERT”, where massive number of attendees came present. This reciprocal relationship between Tomi Folayan movement highlights the impact of their collective work and the respect they command within the gospel music community in Kwara and north central at large.

Tomi Folayan’s knack for organizing concerts and galvanizing grassroots support was birthed from his University days; aligning with groups like THE REVELATIONS from Ibadan where they pioneered events like “PURPOSE ENCOUNTER,” to lay a foundation of excellence in event production and artiste collaboration.

More than a music group, they are a movement reshaping the soundscape of gospel music across Africa through unity, innovation, and a profound spiritual vision.
