Princess Joy Osifo founded the Princess Foundation (The Helping Hands Home) to provide scholarship and skill acquisition training for youngsters, help the less privileged children and care for the elderly. The foundation has been able to reach out to 100,000 people and partnered with other organizations to carry out same project. Thus far, Princess Osifo has been an incredible philanthropist.

Her company, Jeniks Group which holds wide recognition here in Nigeria and Africa has effortlessly established 73 filling stations across Africa: lubricants, LPG and aviation fuel inclusive. It also has its major hubs in Accra, Ghana, and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates amongst others to manage its affairs.
