Napoli entered the match with a pressing need for victory to reignite their season and propel them back into contention for European football next season.
Despite recent struggles, having won only one of their last five games, the Partenopei found themselves trailing early on when Milan Djuric of Monza netted just nine minutes into the game.
However, Victor Osimhen showcased his incredible athleticism by soaring to an astonishing height to connect with a cross from Frank Anguissa and equalize for Napoli.
Osimhen’s remarkable header quickly became the talk of social media, capturing the attention of football enthusiasts worldwide.
This isn’t the first time Osimhen has made headlines for his aerial prowess.
Last season, Osimhen surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo’s jump record of 2.56 meters by reaching an impressive height of 2.58 meters to score in a 3-0 victory over Spezia, as reported by Corriere dello Sport via Tutto Napoli.
