Laerryblue shares experience, insights working with female entrepreneurs

Olanrewaju Alaka a.k.a Laerryblue, a  PR expert and digital marketing professional has opened up about his experience working with female Nigerian entrepreneurs.

“As a PR expert, it’s important to approach your work with empathy and a willingness to learn about your clients’ industries and audiences,” Laerryblue said. “But it’s also important to recognize that female entrepreneurs in Nigeria often have to work harder to overcome cultural and societal barriers. We need to be sensitive to these challenges and find ways to support and empower these women in their businesses. These women are making change happen against all odds.According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2020/2021 Women’s Entrepreneurship Report, which surveyed a representative sample of Nigerian adults between the ages of 18 and 64, Nigeria has one of the highest rates of female entrepreneurship in the world, with approximately 25.4% of Nigerian women engaging in entrepreneurial activities”.

Laerryblue is no stranger to working with successful female entrepreneurs in Nigeria. He has worked with a range of clients, including those in the tech, fashion, and hospitality industries, to create effective communication strategies that help them achieve their goals.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredibly talented and passionate female entrepreneurs in Nigeria,” Laerryblue said. “They have taught me a lot about resilience, team work, determination, innovation and the power of a strong vision. I believe that by supporting and empowering these women, we can create a more inclusive and prosperous business landscape in Nigeria.”

Laerryblue’s insights into working with diverse female Nigerian entrepreneurs come at a time when the business world is increasingly focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. By sharing his experiences and perspectives, he is helping to promote a more nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with working with entrepreneurs of different genders and backgrounds.
