Lagos – Taiwo Ogunjobi, a former Secretary-General, Nigeria Football Association, has been named a match commissioner for Sunday’s Federation’s Cup final between Heartland FC of Owerri and Enyimba of Aba.

A statement released by Ademola Olajire, spokesman of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), said he would be in charge of the event.

Ogunjobi, currently chairman of Osun State Football Association, while accepting the job said: “I relish the opportunity to be in that atmosphere and not just as a spectator but as the overseer of the big game.

“Football is my life and I am delighted,’’he was quoted as saying.

Kunle Adesiyun, former chairman of the Kwara State Football Association and former coordinator of the North Central zone, would be match commissioner for the third place match between Ocean Boys and Bayelsa United earlier in the day. (NAN)
