To retool the profile, mission and productivity of the Nigerian Computer Society, (NCS) on the society and ensures global competitiveness, Onuoha Chinedu Nwabueze has been appointed by the Council members of the IT body for the position of Executive Secretary.

The Council who met last week in Lagos also appointed a Director of Corporate Affairs to enhance the corporate brand of the Society. The two top candidates were Mr. Onuoha, Chinedu Nwabueze and Mr. Ayoola, Iyiola .

Onuoha, an IBM certified specialist attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife where he read Computer Science/ Economics (B.sc) and also Federal University of Technology, Akure where he read Information Technology, (MBA).

The Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) is the umbrella organization of all Information Technology Professionals, Interest Groups and Stakeholders in Nigeria. It was formed in 1978 as Computer.
