One of the houses of Chief Sunday Igboho in Ibadan, Oyo State, has been razed by suspected arsonists, Vanguard learned.

Sources who confirmed the development to Vanguard said the incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday.

It was learned that the arson was perpetrated a few minutes after the area experienced power failure. No casualty was recorded at the time of filing this report.

Meanwhile, efforts of men of the state fire service to put out the fire was not enough as the fire engulfed a major part of the building.
