ABUJA-President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday assured that his administration will pursue with vigour the revitalization of Federal Unity Colleges, FUCs, to world standards.

President Jonathan, who stated this yesterday while launching the 104 Toyota Hiace Buses worth over N600 million, procured by the Federal Government for the 104 Federal Unity Colleges across the country, vowed that the present government would do whatever it could to change the life of schools for the Nigerian child.

Dr. Jonathan, while unveiling the chains of development programme towards ensuring the  transformation of education sector in the country, said  “we have done the issue of bus today, and infrastructure matters are ongoing, we will look at them on cases-by-case basis and I can assure you that we are bent on revitalizing the schools to world standards.”
