Candida Place debuts with short-let facilities

By Moses Nosike

An innovation in real estate business is playing out in highbrow Lekki Peninsula. Unlike the usual practice of outright sale or letting out properties to willing tenants for a couple of years, Candida Place is making its debut into the Nigerian real estate and hospitality industry with the introduction of short-let facilities. The short-let service which is in vogue in several parts America, Asia and Europe is hardly available in Nigeria.

The Promoter of Candida Place, Mrs Olusola Odujinrin told Vanguard Homes & Property that they are making a debut in Lekki Peninsula Phase 1 with five one-bedroom and six two-bedroom luxury apartments. Each room according Dr Odujinrin, is tastefully furnished with comfort guaranteed fixtures and fittings; each air-conditioned bedroom has a queen sized bed with orthopedic mattress and purpose built shower cabin.

Other facilities provided at Candida Place include a swimming pool, a gym equipped with keeping fit and healthy facilities, bore-hole and water treatment plant and 24 hours security. Each apartment has a bullet- proof main door as an additional security measure.
