REDUCE BLOATING
Have a big mug of herbal tea every morning and evening (preferably oolong tea).This contains a lot of anti oxidants, banishes stress and even helps control weight gain.
Drink up to six glasses of water a day. This will keep your skin hydrated and rid your body of toxins.
GET A BODY BRUSH

Always brush up towards the heart.
Start from the sole of your feet, up to your ankles, knees, from your palms to your elbows and shoulders and so on.
Always brush your tummy with round clockwise strokes.
Be gentle on your face and neck.
Apply moisturizer.
Do this AFTER a bath.
GET SUPER NAILS

Chop a big clove of garlic into tiny pieces.
Pour the garlic into your favorite bottle of clear paint.
Let it brew for about 5 to 7 days.
Buff nails and use as a base coat always.
P S: This will have a strong smell the moment you paint it on but it quickly fades. Besides, the results are amazing!
