Moses Nosike
As part of its strategy to promote growth and development among the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME’s), Zain Nigeria has designed an SME package called Zain My Business.

Zain MyBusiness gives business owners a total control of their company in terms of call costs and specially designed to fit the needs of  the country’s SME customers.

The new package allows customers to enjoy free calls among staff of the same company, enjoy complimentary SMS and internet offers and also allows discounted calls to five international business destinations frequented by the SMEs (United Kingdom, United State, Germany, Canada, China and UEA).
Speaking at the launch, Chief Operating Officer, Zain, Mr. Deepak Srivastava, said that Zain is using the package to basically extend a lending hand to the SMEs. He said this considering the challenges it has faced in the recent times due to the global economic problem which has further thrown more challenges to businesses even to large corporations across Africa and the rest of the world, which has affected the SME’s more than ever before.

Mr. Srivastava, described the package as an important milestone since it is entering a new phase of its journey to empower and help the average Nigerian entrepreneur and business owner to enjoy a wonderful world.

Also, Chief Marketing Officer, Zain, Mr. George Andah, said that according to a survey, the SME’s are the highest contributors to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). “We’re selling a service tailor made for the SME segment.

On top of that, they are enjoying the best network in the country and they are getting the best value available. Within the community, they are making calls for free upto the amount stated and I’m not sure any other network can beat this offer we have.
