The chairman of Kudan Local Government Area, Hon. Shuaibu Bawa Jaja, has donated the sum of N5000.00 to each and every female intending pilgrim and “Ihram clothings” for male intending pilgrims of his local government recently at Mando hajj camp, Kaduna.

Muslim worshippers, some carrying umbrellas to protect them from the scorching sun, gather for prayer at Namirah mosque near Mount Arafat, also known as Jabal al-Rahmah (Mount of Mercy), where the Prophet Mohammed is believed to have given his final sermon, on August 31, 2017, ahead of the climax of hajj.

He made the donation while bidding the pilgrims farewell , urging them to pray fervently for Kudan L.G.A, Kaduna State and Nigeria in general, especially as the 2019 general elections approach.

The chairman further enjoined the intending pilgrims to conduct themselves well while in the holy land and also to be law-abinding. Shuaibu advised the intending pilgrims from Kudan to exercise patience as hajj pilgrimage is an act of ibada and not a jamboree.
