The people of Okere Urhobo Kingdom in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State have commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa over road infrastructure in Okere Urhobo Kingdom.

The President General of Okere Urhobo Kingdom Chief Emmanuel Ono Okumagba made the commendation and also expressed appreciation to the governor on behalf of the people of Okere Urhobo Kingdom during his inspection of the on going 1.1 Karen Road   construction project in Okumagba Layout in Warri South.

Okumagba who called on the people of Okere Urhobo Kingdom to vote massively for Governor Okowa in 2019 in appreciation of   his gesture, stated that in just three years, Okowa constructed seven earthen roads in Otor Orere the traditional headquarters of the ancient Okere Urhobo Kingdom and other roads in Okumagba Layout .

Okumagba who is the Warri Urhobo Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, leader reasoned that “ besides, going by the principle of zoning in the state, Governor Okowa should be voted for a second term because he   has so far performed very well in the face of scarce resources.

The President of Okere Urhobo Development Movement, Comrade Cyril O Eboh,who accompanied Chief Okumagba on the visit, was also full of praises for Governor Okowa over his developmental strides in Okere Urhobo Kingdom.
