As the global community celebrates Customer Service Week 2026, Spectranet, an internet service provider, has reaffirmed its commitment to putting customers at the centre of its business operations as it embarks on the next chapter of its 15-year journey.
In line with this year’s global theme, “The Extra Mile,” the company is using the occasion to reflect on its customer relationships and highlight key service improvements in infrastructure, digital payments, cybersecurity and self-service capabilities.
Speaking on the development, the Chief Operating Officer, Mr Sumit Gambhir, said the company was introducing an upgraded customer experience designed to improve responsiveness, strengthen connectivity across service channels and demonstrate its commitment to customer satisfaction.
He said Spectranet had officially launched its redesigned, user-friendly website. Designed for seamless navigation, the new platform offers subscribers a faster and more intuitive digital experience for account management, service exploration and customer support.
According to him, “True customer experience begins with delivering continuous, high-performance network reliability straight to the living room. Giving homes the connectivity they truly deserve means eliminating the frustration of buffering, dropouts and slow uploads.
“With our newly upgraded network and platforms, we are evolving into a more responsive, deeply connected partner for our customers. Whether working remotely, streaming 4K content or managing smart devices, we are proving every day that Spectranet is a network that cares,” he added.
Gambhir emphasised that exceptional service should not be confined to a single department but should be reflected across every customer touchpoint.
He noted that customer service extended beyond answering calls when problems arose to include proactive measures aimed at improving subscribers’ overall experience.
To provide a more seamless experience, he said the company had implemented comprehensive platform upgrades and streamlined its payment channels with secure, automated options that enable customers to renew subscriptions and make payments more easily.
