Elite City has genuine, verifiable land documents – Developer, Bruno Jospeh

The General Manager of Standard Rank Properties Limited, Engr. Bruno C. Joseph, has assured prospective buyers of plots at Elite City, Abuja, that the company provides documentation for transactions, urging subscribers to conduct independent checks before purchasing land.

Joseph gave the assurance during an interview on the company’s flagship real estate project, describing its documentation process as “swift and transparent.”

“Our document process is swift and transparent. We have verifiable and genuine documents,” he said.

Explaining the process, Joseph said subscribers who complete payment receive an offer letter, an allocation letter indicating their plot number, a power of attorney and a payment receipt.

He said the documents were intended to provide subscribers with records of their transactions and details of their allocated plots.

“With these documents given, the subscriber has legal possession of the said plot,” he said.

However, Joseph advised prospective buyers to carry out due diligence before committing funds to any property transaction.

“Clients are advised to do their due diligence,” he added.

Joseph described Elite City as a Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA)-approved estate located along the Ketti-Pyakasa corridor of Abuja, behind the City Walk project.

He said the development was designed as a planned community incorporating residential properties, recreational facilities and other amenities.

“The vision behind Elite City is to create a mighty community built for legacy and life, where residents can boast of and live comfortably, enjoy recreation and connect socially,” he said.

According to Joseph, the estate was officially launched on August 1, 2026, with participation from prospective buyers, including Nigerians living abroad and people from different income groups.

He said the project was designed to accommodate buyers across various income levels.

On the estate’s location, Joseph said its proximity to major roads, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Abuja’s city centre was expected to offer residents convenient access to key destinations.

He also said the company was targeting approximately 10,000 housing units, with construction and infrastructure development ongoing at the site.

Among the facilities he listed as completed were perimeter fencing, a gatehouse, an Olympic-size swimming pool, a football field, resort facilities, physiotherapy suites and a sports court. He added that road construction was ongoing.

Joseph declined to provide a specific figure for the number of subscribers who had received plot allocations, but said several allocations had been made.

He said the company’s next phase of work would focus on completing essential infrastructure, expanding amenities, connecting roads within the estate and preparing the development for residents.

According to him, the long-term plan is to establish a community incorporating residential, commercial and recreational areas, with an emphasis on environmental sustainability, technology and wellness.

Joseph encouraged prospective buyers to visit the site, ask questions and independently verify relevant property documents before making purchasing decisions.

The claims concerning the estate’s approvals, land documentation, completed facilities and development progress were provided by the company’s representative. Prospective buyers should confirm the relevant records and approval status with the appropriate authorities before entering into a transaction.
