The 2026 international edition of the Global Executive Leadership Mastermind has concluded in Singapore after a week of leadership sessions, networking and sightseeing activities.

The programme, held from September 15 to 22, brought together executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and emerging leaders.

Convened by Dr Emmanuel Osoteku, the Singapore edition was the third international outing of the initiative, following editions in Rwanda in 2024 and Qatar in 2025.

The programme featured three masterclasses focused on leadership, organisational relevance and the relationship between influence and economic value.

One of the sessions, titled “Leadership That Cannot Be Ignored: The Architecture of Sustainable Leadership Ecosystem,” examined leadership structures, organisational culture, resilience and succession.

Another session, “Vanity Economics: How They Failed; Why Great Companies Suddenly Become Irrelevant,” focused on factors that can cause successful organisations to lose relevance, including complacency, disruption, changing customer expectations and technological developments.

The third masterclass, “The Attention Economy: The Ambidexterity of Influence and Income,” examined the relationship between visibility, influence, credibility and economic opportunities.

Participants also visited attractions including Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay and Sentosa during the programme.

The organisers said the activities were designed to provide opportunities for participants to interact outside the formal sessions and develop professional relationships across different industries.

The Singapore edition also included a certification component in partnership with the Workplace Leadership Institute (WLI), Canada, with participants receiving an opportunity to obtain Global Leadership Certification.

The programme concluded on September 22, marking the third international edition of the mastermind since its launch in Rwanda in 2024.

According to the organisers, the initiative combines executive education, networking and international exposure, with participants expected to apply lessons from the programme in their organisations and professional activities.
