Integrity group endorses Tinubu for 2027, declares no vacancy

The Integrity Group of Nigeria, also known as the Renewed Hope Agenda Ambassadors, has formally endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office, declaring strong support ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The endorsement was made during a high-level national symposium held in Abuja on April 13, 2026.

The event, powered by Akubudike Energy Limited, attracted key political stakeholders, party loyalists, and national figures under the theme of national consolidation and continuity.

Participants drawn from 31 states across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones attended the gathering, highlighting the group’s widespread national presence and organizational strength.

The event also featured high-profile delegates from across the country.

Leading the endorsement was High Chief Martin Nwabueze, popularly known as Akubudike Worldwide, a prominent businessman from Anambra State and National Patron of the group.

He was joined by Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, Chief Uche Nnaji, and other influential leaders, who collectively declared, “Aso Rock No Vacancy 2027,” signaling their commitment to sustaining the current administration.

Speaking on behalf of the APC National Chairman, Prof. Atah Pine conveyed remarks attributed to Prof. Yilwatda, describing President Tinubu’s first term as a foundational phase.

He noted that the administration has begun laying the groundwork for economic transformation, with more tangible benefits expected in a second term.

Dr. Oke Idawene, Director-General and National Convener of the Integrity Group, represented Akubudike Worldwide and reiterated the group’s unwavering support for the President, aligning it with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The symposium also addressed economic concerns, particularly around tax reforms. Elder Dr. Dick Irri, former Coordinating Director of the Medium Taxpayers Group at the Federal Inland Revenue Service, clarified that the reforms are not designed to burden low-income Nigerians but to strengthen the economy and improve living standards.

In her remarks, Dr. Dorcas Okah cautioned members of the All Progressives Congress against complacency, despite the party’s dominance in 31 states.

She urged intensified grassroots mobilization and strategic engagement ahead of the 2027 elections, emphasizing the need to approach the contest with renewed urgency.

Dr. Hassan Sadiq, representing Dr. Tanko Yakasai, praised President Tinubu’s leadership trajectory, noting his experience across legislative, state, and national governance.

He expressed confidence that the administration’s economic reforms are already reshaping the country and will yield sustained progress.

A panel session featuring prominent public figures added depth to the discussions. Panelists included Dr. Mrs. Mary Ikoku (moderator), Hon. Oghene Egoh, Elder Dr. Dick Irri, Sir Reginald Bayoko, Dr. Hassan Sadiq, and Dr. Dorcas Okah.

At the close of the symposium, participants called on Nigerians to support President Tinubu’s re-election bid, citing the need for continuity, stability, and consolidation of ongoing reforms.

The event ended with a unanimous endorsement, positioning the Integrity Group as a significant mobilizing force within the ruling party’s political framework.
