The President of the Delta Youth Transformation Movement (DYTM), Sir Isioma Melekwe, heartily congratulates the immediate Past Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the successful conduct of the Ika North-East Local Government Area Congress of the APC.

The peaceful, transparent, and well-coordinated exercise that culminated in the emergence of Hon. Emeke Asiwe as the All Progressives Congress (APC) Party Chairman in Ika North-East LGA stands as a remarkable demonstration of political maturity, internal democracy, and progressive leadership.

Sir Isioma Melekwe describes the congress as a clear signal that the political class in Delta State is increasingly embracing competence, credibility, and grassroots acceptance in leadership selection processes. According to him, the emergence of Hon. Emeke Asiwe reflects the collective will of party faithful and the readiness of stakeholders to entrust responsibility to capable and forward-thinking individuals who can strengthen party structures and deepen democratic values at the grassroots level.
