A privacy, cybersecurity and AI-governance professional with cross-continental practice in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the United States, Motunrayo is celebrated for blending legal precision with technical execution to design and deliver enterprise privacy programs that meet the most complex global standards.
Her work, spanning privacy-by-design, data mapping, third-party risk management, automated data-subject-rights systems and AI ethics alignment, has helped organisations operationalise compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and ISO 27001/27701 while embedding fairness, transparency and accountability into systems and processes.

Her career path demonstrates both leadership and impact: from guiding governance maturity at IPI Strategy Partners (a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation) to designing scalable, automated privacy controls and audit trails, Motunrayo has helped organisations, including startups and regulated enterprises, balance agility with regulatory readiness.
She brings formal legal training and technical credentials to that work with a Master of Science in Management Information Technology (Indiana Wesleyan University, 2025), a Barrister at Law from the Nigerian Law School (2018) and an LLB from Babcock University (2017), alongside certifications including Responsible AI and Data Governance foundations from OneTrust, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor qualifications, IBM Cybersecurity fundamentals and ongoing IAPP study toward CIPP-US.
Beyond consulting and research, Adebayo is a mentor, educator and advocate, developing training programmes on responsible AI and privacy governance, contributing toolkits and policy briefs for the Privacy Exchange Research Community, and championing women’s inclusion in cybersecurity and technology.
