Gbajabiamila executed legacy projects as 9th Assembly Speaker – Group

A Niger Delta Group, Niger Delta Patriots, NDP, yesterday, commended the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, over multiple legacy projects he initiated and executed as Speaker of the 9th Assembly.

The former Speaker of the House of Representatives and current Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila recently unveiled some legacy projects in his constituency in Lagos.

The group, in a statement signed in Asaba by its National Convener, Comrade Victor Okwereogu, observed that Gbajabiamila delivered purposeful representation to his constituents and Nigerians as a whole considering the legacy projects he executed while he served as speaker.

The statement read in parts:” Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, ‘came, saw and conquered’. He served his constituents and Nigeria in style, grace and class, hence; President Bola Tinubu appointed him as Chief of Staff.

“ Notable among the commendable projects are the Femi Gbajabiamila Conference Centre at the Lagos State University, the Dualized Babs Animashaun Road and Census Bridge in Surulere, the Sam Shonibare Community Development Centre in Surulere, and the Femi Gbajabiamila General Hospital on Inyun Road off Funsho Williams Avenue, Surulere.

“ Less we forget, what about the Femi Gbajabiamila Hall of Residence at the University of Lagos, Akoka. And as you know, the facility houses 484 beds and it’s equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. He also built roads, schools and ICT centres in Lagos. His achievements speak volumes and it’s worthy of emulation.

“ Without a doubt, Rt Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila is the living breathing embodiment of ‘he came, saw and conquered’, and we as a group committed to good governance deem it fit to shower praises on him for impacting the Nigerian society.”

The convener thanked Rt. Hon. Gbajabiamila for delivering on his electoral mandate and urged him not to relent but to redouble his efforts in his quest to serve the good people of Nigeria.
