I won’t stop supporting entertainment sector – Quincy Nippon

The dividing line between the entertainment and other sectors of the Nigerian economy has completely vanished. The business-to-business and collaboration with key players in the private sector has immensely yielded cross-boost for industries, with the imprint indelible in the Gross Domestic Product, to which entertainment is a major contributor.

One of such support to actors and artists in the industry is Quincy Peter Patrick, popularly known as Quincy Nippon, the CEO of Nippon Group Limited; a chain of businesses that includes Nippon Grand Hotel and Nippon Real Estate Limited.

Quincy Nippon, who is also the founder of Nippon Grand Football Club based in Aba, Abia State, where he hails from and had his primary and secondary education. He attended Cameron Barracks Primary School and Wilcox Memorial Comprehensive Secondary School, and not long afterward, took a great deal of interest in business, to which today, the rest is history like they say.

Quincy Nippon is also the managing director of one of Africa’s leading real estate companies. With innovation and technology, the entrepreneur has been reshaping the housing ecosystem in Nigeria, where he has been reducing the gap in accommodation ownership among citizens.

The extraordinary vision and purpose put to work by Quincy Nippon has seen him establish if not a multi-billion investment in the country. In 2021, he was honoured with Fellowship Award Hall of Fame by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana (CIPRMP) headquartered in Ghana, owing to his entrepreneurial excellence and exceptional management track records over the years.

Part of the impact Quincy Peter Patrick was identified with is his unwavering support for both young and established players in the Nigerian entertainment circle.

Speaking recently, he said, “I will not stop supporting the entertainment sector because the industry is one with huge potential of creating wealth and work for the teeming youths. Our youths are very talented and with the right investment, we would get better.”

Quincy Nippon has also been seen hanging out with the likes of renowned dancehall singer and  Patoranking and Davido.
